We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to third parties. Your personal data will only be shared with our team members who are directly involved in the delivery of your service, ensuring that your information is protected within a secure internal environment.

 

2. Website Security/Subscription Responsibility: The McNeal Design Group LLC shall not be liable for any security measures or vulnerabilities related to the client's website once it has been delivered and published. The client assumes full ownership of their site and responsibility for implementing appropriate security measures to safeguard their website post-launch. The client is also responsible for managing and paying for any subscription fees associated with maintaining the functionality of their website post-publication. This includes, but is not limited to fees for web hosting, domain registration, and any additional services necessary to ensure the continue operation of their site.

3. Modifications After Publication: Any modification request to the website after it has been published may be negotiated; however The McNeal Design Group LLC is not obligated to provide such modifications. Request for changes are subject to additional evaluation and may incur further fees as determined at the discretion of The McNeal Design Group LLC.

4. Logo Design Edits: All logo designs provided by The McNeal Design Group LLC are final upon completion and delivery. Any edits or alterations requested after the initial approval will be regarded as a new design project and will incur additional charges. Once a logo design has been finalized and accepted by the client, no further alterations will be made to the original design.
